The young David Evans yesterday (Saturday, 30th September 2017) attended the Walsall Wood reserves home match at Oak Park, and watched the Wood lads blather Bolehall eight-nil – but in a surprise development, this barnstormer seems to be the last game for the reserves for at least this season.

Walsall Wood FC conquer Cradley
Last weekend Saturday, 23rd September 2017, Walsall Wood travelled over to Cradley, ironically enough a place I’d been the day before – small world, really – anyway, the Wood lads comfortably beat the chain maker lads, and Simon Evans was there to catch the action, and supplied the following report:

A couple of bikes stolen in the last few days locally I’d like readers to keep a look out for if possible please – the first being a Carrera pictured below, stolen from outside Marios Chip Shop, Brownhills on Tuesday, 8th August 2017 and also a very distinctive Cannondale Prophet with Lefty single blade fork pictured above, stolen from Tamworth Close Brownhills on Thursday, 10th August 2017.
