Walsall Wood lady robbed as wave of local bag snatches continue
Following last week’s awful news that a lady in Vicarage Road, Brownhills had her bag snatched it seems there’s a rash of such incidents ongoing, and I advise everyone to warn relatives and friends of the danger clearly currently present.

Distraction theft at Morrisons car park, Aldridge – be careful, folks.
People are being warned to be on their guard after a distraction theft incident in the car park of Morrisons in Aldridge on Friday, 17th March 2017 in which a debit card was stolen from a car while the driver was being asked for directions, and subsequently used fraudulently.

Lady mugged near Clayhanger Bridge – be on your guard!
Worrying news from Clayhanger where near the canal bridge last night at around 11pm (Sunday 5th March 2017) a lady was mugged by a couple of robbers for £30.

Police hunt man following armed robbery at Card Factory store, Brownhills
In a remarkable instance of coincidental timing, Walsall Police late this afternoon (Monday, 12th December 2016) published an appeal for witnesses over an armed robbery at the Card Factory shortchanged on the corner of Ravens Court in High Street Brownhills, that took place on Sunday 4th December.

Brownhills stabbing: Suspect named and charged
Following the remarkable events on Sunday afternoon, involving a double stabbing, attempted robbery of a convenience store and head on crash into an ambulance in Brownhills West, a local man has been charged with 10 counts, including attempted murder.
Police release more details of Brownhills West incident
Following the much-reported criminal incident in Brownhills West yesterday, when two local men were stabbed, a further statement has been issued from West Midlands Police today (Monday 31st October 2016), who are continuing to investigate the events that occurred, resulting in a 32 year old local man being detained.
Distraction thefts in Walsall Wood – be careful, folks.
People are being warned to be on their guard after a couple of distraction theft incidents in the Walsall Wood area over the last few days – the first in Walsall Wood High Street on Saturday 16th July 2016 and the second in Vigo Road yesterday, Monday 18th July 2016.

Children’s slide stolen from Walsall Wood garden in broad daylight – did you see anything?
I notice a sad report from the Walsall Advertiser yesterday that a children’s slide was stolen from a Walsall Wood garden last Tuesday, May 17th 2016, between 11:30am and 7pm – this wasn’t a small object and must have taken some effort to nick, especially in broad daylight.

Nasty robbery in Aldridge on Wednesday – police appeal for help
This is a nasty one – if anyone has any information, please do come forward and contact Walsall Police or Crimestoppers – It seems that just after 4pm on Wednesday (12th March 2014), a pair of thugs robbed two chaps who were sat in their car near Aldridge Post Office in Northgate, near the town centre.
