Indecent exposure in Brownhills: Police issue statement
Following reports of an indecent exposure incident that took place yesterday afternoon (Monday, 12th September 2016) as two schoolgirls were walking home in the Watling Street area of Brownhills, I have obtained the following statement from West Midlands Police.

League Cup joy as Walsall Wood Girls slay Tigers!
I’m glad to note that Bill Shaw hasn’t put his reporters notebook away yet, and I was very pleased indeed to receive this match report of the wonderful victory of Walsall Wood Girls Under 11 team over Stafford Tigresses yesterday (Saturday 9th May 2015), in which they won theGirls under 11’s Staffordshire League Cup.

John and Paul Anslow have been great contributors to the Brownhills Blog over the last year or so – only recently, we had the great debate spurred by his wonderful images of the brass band and that monstink, Mr Bradbury.

Residents of the Northern Wastes who were at home this afternoon will have no doubt noticed the West Midlands Police helicopter hovering over the southern end of our patch.
