Where does the water go? Find out this Sunday!
An interesting history walk is taking place this Sunday, 26th March 2017 at Chasewater, entitled ‘Where does the water go?’ which takes a look at how the dam infrastructure functions, and some of the industrial history of Anglesey Basin and surrounds.

Walsall Wood fight hard to conquer Oswestry
Yesterday, Walsall Wood FC and the faithful took a trip into the wilds of Shropshire for a hard fought win against Oswestry Town in a game that pleased Bill Shaw.

Sorry to say Bill Shaw is still convalescing from his recent illness and was unable to attend yesterday’s (1st August 2015) away match at Ellesmere Rangers, which by all accounts was a bit of a stinker.

Anyone know anything about these Cannock Chase offroaders?
Abraham’s Valley, Cannock Chase. 3:50pm, Saturday, 7th January 2012. I’m sure there must be a perfectly innocent explanation for this. Two vehicles, driving off-road, up Abraham’s Valley on the Chase toward Rifle Range Corner. I have never, ever seen private vehicles … Continue reading
