I see loads of you are searching for details of local Bonfire Night events and so I thought I’d give the following a push…
This year’s ‘official’ Brownhills Walsall Council operated bonfire and fireworks display is at Holland Park as usual, but not until Saturday 12th November 2016 – one team are operating all Walsall displays, so it’s one per week. That’ll be £4/£1 entry for Adults/kids and parking is £1. That kicks off at 6pm, with firework display at 8pm. Full details on the flyer above.

I’d be interested to see the size of the Stavros Flatley fanbase in Walsall, but this does look like a great event. Click for a larger version.
There will, however, be a display on the Saturday 5th at the Arboretum in Walsall, with ticket prices £5/£2 for adults and kids in advance, or £8/£3 on the gate – there will be a host of entertainment, and it all kicks off at 5:30pm, and gates close at 7:15pm. Details on the flyer above.
Also on the 5th is the popular display at Yates Club, at Lime Lane in Norton Canes – that’s free to attend, there are bars, hot food and it’s always a good night. Display begins at 7:30, but get there earlier!
There’s also a great display and fire on at Walsall Wood Football Club at Oak Park on Sunday Evening, 6th November 2016 – that kicks off at 5pm with fireworks at 6:30pm. That’s always a lovely family do, with tickets at £4/£2, and a family ticket available at a pocket-pleasing £10.

The Sunday Walsall Wood FC Bonfire is always a lovely event.
If you’ve got a bonfire or fireworks event you’d like adding to the list, please do get in touch or comment here – BrownhillsBob at Googlemail dot com. Thanks.
