An interesting event is taking place next weekend, Bank holiday Monday 7th May 2018 at Chasewater, where the Chase Sailing Club (that’s the one on the north shore) will be holding their annual open day for people to come and check out what they do.

There will be sailing boat rides, safety boat rides, stand up paddle boarding, windsurfing, refreshments and other fun and games.

In the true tradition of the Hitchiker’s guide to the Galaxy, you’re advised to bring a towel.

The event runs from 10am until 3pm, so plenty of time to get up there,
