I have to congratulate the people who worked so hard on Brownhills Christmas Market Magic 2016 last Saturday – Diane and the team at the Brownhills Town Centre Partnership worked really hard and raised money towards future event in the town.

Diane has worked hard over the last few weeks, and has raised over £1100 for local town centre partnerships in Walsall with three events – that’s quite an achievement. All proceeds will be ploughed back into events and promotions in the local towns.

My thanks are extended to the young David Evans who wandered down there to take some lovely pictures for the blog (rumour has it he enjoyed the odd mince pie, too…

I also had a great photo of Olaf the snowman from Josh Hoban and a selection of images from the Town Centre Partnership which I’ve rolled up into a gallery below.

Thanks again to all who attended – the Backyard Rusty Tap stall was praised highly on social media and as usual, there will be Brownhills-brewed Backyard ale prizes in the Christmas Quiz this year, which will be even more fiendish. But more on that later…

Cheers to David and all who worked so hard.
