Old pal of the blog Jamie Norgrove of top local performers Brownhills Musical Theatre Company contacted me yesterday afternoon to ask if I’d plug their latest show – the popular and fun Bad Girls the Musical – which looks set to be a real gem.
The show is running from this Wednesday 31st October until Saturday 3rd November 2018 at the Prince of Wales Theatre, Cannock including a Saturday Matinee – there are still performances you can catch but you need to be quick with getting your tickets – they’re selling fast!
Brownhills Musical Theatre Company have a great pedigree and a wonderful track record for fun, endearing, entertaining and very professional shows. They really are a hidden gem and well worth catching.
Our Bad Girls have been busy putting their finishing touches to the show this weekend as we move to the Prince of WalesTheatre on Sunday for Band Call, Tech and Dress…
Bad Girls is not suitable for under 16’s but the fruity characters and language tell a story that has real heart, and a message that even in despair there is light at the end of the tunnel!
Prison officer Jim Fenner is ‘old school’ and expects results in exchange for favours. But when his behaviour results in the suicide of a young prisoner a riot ensues. With the aid of a progressive wing governor and her young officer the inmates take their revenge and the diabolical Jim Fenner is brought to book.
Brownhills Musical Theatre Company has been entertaining people for 47 years and during that time have won many friends and several awards. We continue to strive for the highest standards of entertainment.
Seriously if you haven’t got tickets for our production of Bad Girls the Musical don’t delay, what better way to spend a cold autumn evening than the entertainment this talented bunch can provide you with?
Visiting Times : 31st October to the 3rd November, tickets from £15
