Just thought I’d flag that up. After my previous stuff about the Market’s demise and subsequent rebirth, I thought I’d bring it to readers attention. Of course, you’d have to be living under a rock not to have heard about it already, but just to be sure… for all the assembled articles, just take a shufty at the YamYam.

Interesting to see Walsall Council recast as the saviours in this – the publicity unit over at the Civic Centre have been in overdrive and have really done a good job of publicising the reopening. I’d love to know exactly what went on between Spook Erection and the council. Interesting to see that Mr. Birch has been rather quiet on the matter, too.

Remember, if we don’t use it the market will go for good and we’ll only have ourselves to blame, so get your backsides over there – there’s going to be lots of stuff going on including face painting which always brings a wry smile to the face of any Phoenix Nights fan. What’s not to like?
