Clayhanger Common, 10:00am Christmas Eve 2009

The beauty of things is sometimes unexpected.

Mist rose in bands from the direction of Clayhanger Village.

The sunlight turned the snow golden, making it precious.

Across the rooftops, swathed in golden mist.

Although I left the area many years ago I still take an interest in the history of Brownhills. I have many documents relating to the area. I was hoping to write another book on the subject. I have the material to do so but I just do not have the time. Is there anyone who is contemplating writing a book? I would be only too pleased to pass on any information.
