During the early hours of Thursday morning 15th November 2012 our little ChaseWaterCycle Bike shop was broken into and our lovely bikes and accessories stolen. I would like to think, there are still some honest people out there as it was a lovely dog walker who reported the theft to the police and to you we are very grateful. At 6:30am we received the police phone call, our hearts dropping, thinking something had happened to his father age 84 years.

This is a terrible thing to happen to good people. Please, if you're offered any of the bikes on the cheap, or in a deal that looks suspicious, please contact the police or Crimestoppers, or ChasewaterCycle themselves. Cheers.

I'd advise Richard and Lesley to keep an eye on Gumtree and eBay: nicked bikes often surface on both.

My sympathy to ChaseWaterCycle. What an awful thing. These thieves are bastards.
