With the good weather and St. George’s Day upon us, it’s great to see so many events coming up to celebrate – and I’m pleased to share this one in Walsall on Sunday, 22 April 2017, which is free and kicks off at 10:30am.
This is also a great chance to visit the Arboretum which looks spectacular in spring following the wonderful refurbishment over the last few years. It really is a local gem.
Rowena Moseley got in touch to tell me about it:
There’s a St. George’s Day parade being held by the Scouts in Walsall Arboretum on Sunday 22nd April 2018. Parade starts at 10.30am. All are welcome!
Come along and show your support for Scouting and your Country!
If you have a St George’s event you’d like me to plug, do shout up!
My best wishes to all involved, and if you pop up and take some pictures or just want to tell us about it, please do – comment here or mail me: BrownhillsBob at Googlemail dot com. Thanks!
