There is currently an ongoing serious police incident in Brownhills West. Information appreciated. More as I get it.

6:08pm:  It appears a car has crashed into the front of an ambulance in Wilkin Road, Brownhills. What precipitated the incident is unclear, and there’s a lot of rumour circulating, but someone does appear to have been detained by the police.

I have made enquiries with West Midlands Police and am awaiting a reply.
