Have you seen these bikes stolen from Brownhills in the last few days please?

This is a rather unusual bike, taken from Tamworth Close, Brownhills on Thursday night. Image courtesy of Steph Cowley and posted on Facebook.

A couple of bikes stolen in the last few days locally I’d like readers to keep a look out for if possible please – the first being a Carrera pictured below, stolen from outside Marios Chip Shop, Brownhills on Tuesday, 8th August 2017 and also a very distinctive Cannondale Prophet with Lefty single blade fork pictured above, stolen from Tamworth Close Brownhills on Thursday, 10th August 2017.

Karen Sedgwick Poole said the Carrera was taken from outside the chip shop in Brownhills High Street while the owner was inside between 5:30 and 6:30pm approximately. You can contact her via Facebook here.

Steph Cowley told me about the Cannondale, which is very unusual with the single blade fork; this was taken from Tamworth Close up by the A5 in Brownhills on Thursday night, 10th August 2017 between 10 and 10:30pm. You can contact Steph via Facebook here.

If you know someone that’s suddenly pitched up with a bike matching either description that you feel could be one of these, please do contact West Midlands Police by dialling 101 or speak to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

You can also mail me in confidence: BrownhillsBob at Googlemail dot com.

This black and orange Carrera is pretty distinctive too. Image posted on Facebook by Karen Sedgwick Poole.
